"In the past, reaching insurance companies often involved long phone calls and navigating through numerous automated prompts. However, with Tracey Walker's Insurance Agency, and specifically Rachel Mangum's exceptional customer service, that inconvenience is virtually eliminated. Rachel is always just a text, or a quick email away; promptly answers all my questions. I recently got hit by a car and the personal attention I received from her was superb. It felt like a friend was guiding me through every step of the process. What could have been a tedious procedure was made easy by her. Overall, choosing State Farm has been a great decision. "It is incredulous to me that we are so recently out of a worldwide pandemic that took thousands of lives, and in general, people aren't sure they need life insurance. I lost several family members to covid and none of their loved ones were protected from funeral costs because they weren't prepared. I'm not someone who can afford an extensive and expensive policy, though, and decided to be as transparent as possible with Rachel Mangum, an agent at this State Farm. After asking my specific needs she knowledgeably helped walk me through several options, all of which would fit my essential requirements AND my budget! Life insurance doesn't have to be scary to talk about, nor does it have to break the bank! Just call this place and speak with Rachel! She'll help you sleep better at night."

"Experience had been great (With Wanda) until I made a cash payment with another agent (Chris) and my cash payment was misplaced. The office manager gave me the runaround about the cameras: to me-she didn’t have access; to the officer- she didn’t see me in the camera and that cameras don’t record. So why have cameras? I have gone to your office 3 times. Your agent, Chris was so defensive and denied recognizing me, which is understandable that he sees 1000s of customers."
